My stay at The Clement was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with a Japanese Soaking Tub and separate living room, making it a cozy retreat. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff from the Westin or Sheraton to the charismatic GM who personalized our stay. The location, right across from Stanford, offered a mix of comfort and convenience, ideal for both work and leisure. However, the dining experience fell short with delays and mistakes, overshadowing an otherwise fantastic stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely amazing with a Japanese Soaking Tub and a separate living room that felt so cozy and spacious. The high-quality specs ensured a comfortable stay, and the peaceful ambiance made me forget all about my long day. The service was top-notch, with genuinely friendly and caring staff, including the charismatic GM who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The location was perfect, being close to the hospital at Stanford and within easy walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some delays and errors in my pre-ordered meal, but the Bernese Fries were a delightful surprise. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
